Who we are

The North East Biodiversity Forum was founded in 2000 and is a partnership of over 25 different organisations covering Northumberland, County Durham, Tees Valley and Tyne & Wear.  The Forum members share a common interest in conserving and improving the biodiversity of the region.

Our membership includes statutory agencies, regional bodies, national and local wildlife charities, local Biodiversity Action Plan partnerships, local authorities and business.  Our current membership is listed below:
